The Climate seems to be changing, and it's hard to tell why. Some blame it on the Greenhouse Effect, some on El Niño,while others think that Climate Change is just a part of the Earth's natural cycling. The reality is that it IS changing. The last 11 of the 12 warmest years on record have occurred since 1980. 1998 has been the warmest year at 2.7°C above the normal average. There have been far more hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and other "freak" weather events in the past few years. These have occurred in all corners of the world. Even El Niño events are becoming stronger and more frequent.

What is going on? The Climate has always fluctuated, but now it is changing too fast! It seems that humans have become "Climate Change Accelerators". What will YOU do?
